When your shop passes 50 orders
That is good news, and Praisin treats it that way.
- Praisin congratulates you and shows what it did for your shop so far.
- You get 30 days with everything still running, to pick the plan that fits.
- Shopify asks for your approval before any charge. Nothing is billed on its own.
- If you do not pick a plan, your reviews stay on your store and new reviews keep coming in. Only the asking and the sending wait.
Pricing questions
Which orders count?
Online orders a review request can go to: your web store and the Shop app. Counter (POS) sales, marketplace orders, draft and manual orders, cancelled orders and test orders do not count. The rule is printed under the order meter in the app.
What happens at my plan's limit?
Sending pauses and Praisin tells you. Reviews and signups keep coming in. You choose whether to move up a plan or wait for the new month. Nothing is ever charged automatically.
Is anything held back on the Free plan?
No feature is. Free has every feature, with room for a shop under 50 orders a month: 1,000 emails, 250 subscribers and 10 AI reply drafts a month. A signup is never turned away.
How does the launch offer work?
The first 200 shops that choose a paid plan get 50% off their first 3 months on that plan. Shopify shows the discounted price on its plan page before you approve anything. When 200 shops have used it, the offer ends.
How does yearly billing work?
Pay for 10 months and get 12. Grow is $190, Pro $490 and Scale $990 a year.
Do WhatsApp and Viber cost extra?
The one tap WhatsApp and Viber buttons are included on every plan. They send from your own phone, so there is nothing extra to pay.
How do I cancel?
Change or cancel your plan from inside the app at any time, or simply uninstall. Billing runs only through Shopify, so uninstalling ends it.
