Free Store Trust Check
Does your shop look as trustworthy as it is?
Paste your Shopify store's address. In about a minute you get a Trust Score from 0 to 100 and a short fix list, biggest gain first.
How the score works
Every check carries points. Your score is the points you earned, divided by the points we could measure, times 100. Anything we could not read on your pages is left out of both, so it never counts against you.
| What we check | Points |
|---|---|
| Reviews on your product pages | 14 |
| Share of products that have reviews | 8 |
| Reviews on a typical product (five is the mark) | 6 |
| Customer photos with reviews | 6 |
| A review from the last three months | 6 |
| Your replies under reviews | 4 |
| Eligible for review stars in Google | 10 |
| Price, stock and brand in your product data | 4 |
| Shipping, returns, privacy and terms linked | 10 |
| A way to reach you | 4 |
| An about page | 3 |
| A secure connection | 1 |
| Speed on a phone (Google PageSpeed) | 8 |
| An email sign up | 4 |
| A restock alert on sold out options | 3 |
| A WhatsApp or Viber link | 2 |
| Your Google or Trustpilot rating | 2 |
| Descriptions on product photos | 3 |
| Weight of your review widget | 2 |
| Total | 100 |
Worth a look, never scored: a perfect 5.0 on every product, countdown timers and "people viewing" counters, and whether your language and currency fit your buyers.
Partial points where it is fair: speed earns its share of Google's score (full points from 90), coverage earns the share of products with reviews, and each policy has its own points (returns 4, shipping 3, privacy 2, terms 1).

Questions
Is it really free?
Yes. No sign up, no card, no email needed. Check your own store or any public Shopify store.
What do you look at?
At most 8 requests per check: a DNS lookup, the store's public product list, up to three product pages, the catalogue page and one Google PageSpeed test. Each page is visited once, with a user agent that says who we are, just like a shopper's browser.
Why does an item say "not checked"?
Some review apps load after the page opens, so their photos, dates and replies are not in the page we read. Anything we cannot see is left out of your score rather than counted against you.
Do you keep anything?
The result, for 24 hours, so the share link works and we do not visit the store again. Nothing about you.
I installed Praisin. When will my score change?
As soon as your pages change. Results are saved for 24 hours; the "Check again" button under your result runs a fresh check.
Make your shop look as trustworthy as it is.
Praisin asks every customer for a review when the parcel arrives and shows it where the next shopper decides. Every feature is free while your shop takes under 50 orders a month.
