Terms of service

The agreement between your shop and Praisin, in plain words.

In force from 25 September 2026.

1. The agreement

These terms apply between AZOURANE OÜ, Järvevana tee 9, Tallinn 11314, Estonia ("Praisin", "we") and the business that installs Praisin on its Shopify store ("you"). By installing or using Praisin you accept these terms, our privacy policy and our Data Processing Addendum. Shopify's own terms also apply to your use of Shopify. Praisin is for businesses, not consumers.

2. What Praisin does

Praisin helps you ask your customers for reviews, collect, moderate and show those reviews, reply to them, and send email and messages that people agreed to receive, such as newsletters, automated emails and reminders. Features improve over time. Before we remove a feature you use, we tell you inside the app.

3. Plans and prices

  • Free: every feature, while your shop takes under 50 counted orders a month. Counted orders are online orders a review request can go to (your web store and the Shop app), not counter (POS) sales, marketplace, draft, manual, cancelled or test orders.
  • Paid plans: Grow $19 a month for up to 500 counted orders, Pro $49 for up to 2,000, Scale $99 for up to 5,000. Yearly billing costs 10 times the monthly price. Each plan also has the email, subscriber and AI draft allowances shown on the pricing page.
  • Free trial: every paid plan starts with 14 days free.
  • Launch offer: the first 200 shops that choose a paid plan get 50% off their first 3 months on that plan. The discounted price is shown on Shopify's plan page before you approve it. The offer ends when 200 shops have used it.
  • Passing 50 orders on Free: you keep everything for 30 days. After that, review requests and emails wait until you choose a paid plan. Your reviews stay on your store and new reviews are still accepted.
  • No overage charges: at your plan's limit, sending pauses until the next month or until you change plan. We never charge for usage above your plan.
  • Price lock: while you stay on a plan, its price stays the same. If we ever change it, we tell you at least 90 days before.

4. Billing and cancellation

All charges are made through Shopify's billing, in US dollars, and each one needs your approval in Shopify. Taxes are added where Shopify is required to charge them. You can change or cancel your plan in the app at any time; uninstalling Praisin ends billing. A plan change or cancellation takes effect as Shopify's billing rules describe, and refunds follow those rules.

5. Your responsibilities

  • Use Praisin lawfully, and keep your store's contact details and legal information current.
  • Only contact people you have the right to contact. Send newsletters and marketing messages only to people who agreed to receive them, and respect every opt out.
  • Give your customers the information the law requires about how you collect and check reviews. Praisin's "How reviews work here" page helps.
  • Keep your Shopify account, and any WhatsApp, Google, Trustpilot or AI accounts you connect, secure.
  • As controller of your customers' data, make sure you have a legal basis for what you ask Praisin to do with it.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use Praisin to:

  • write, buy, sell or post fake reviews, or reviews by people who did not use the product;
  • gate reviews: ask only happy customers, steer unhappy customers to a private form instead of a review, or hide or delay reviews because of their rating;
  • offer a reward that depends on a positive rating, or hide that a review was rewarded;
  • send spam, buy or rent contact lists, or message people without their consent;
  • show invented activity, fake counters or fake urgency;
  • publish content that is unlawful, deceptive, hateful, or that infringes someone else's rights;
  • break, overload, reverse engineer or get around the limits of the service.

To protect your customers and the shared sending reputation, Praisin may pause sending that shows signs of spam or very high bounces or complaints. When it does, we tell you the reason and how to fix it. We may suspend an account that seriously breaks these terms or the law. We warn you first and give you time to fix it, unless there is urgent harm.

7. Reviews and your content

Reviews belong to the people who wrote them and to you, as agreed with them. You give us the rights we need to store, process and display your content and your customers' reviews in order to run Praisin for you. Praisin publishes verified reviews whatever their rating. You may remove a review only for the reasons Praisin lists, such as spam, abuse, personal data or text unrelated to the product. You can export your data, and we delete it after you uninstall, as the privacy policy describes.

8. AI features

AI reply drafts and translations are suggestions. You decide whether to publish them and you are responsible for what you publish. If you connect your own AI provider or assistant, your agreement with that provider also applies, and any charges from it are between you and that provider.

9. Services you connect

WhatsApp, Viber, Google, Trustpilot, email providers and AI providers are run by other companies. Their terms apply when you connect them, including any message fees they charge, and we are not responsible for their services.

10. Our intellectual property

Praisin, its software, name, logo and mascot belong to us. You get a right to use Praisin for your shop while you have it installed. You may not copy or resell it.

11. Availability and support

We work to keep Praisin fast, reliable and secure, but no online service can promise to run without interruption. We may carry out maintenance, preferably at quiet times. Support is answered by the founder on every plan, at [email protected].

12. Liability

Praisin is provided as it is, to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost revenue or lost data. Our total liability for all claims in any 12 months is limited to the fees you paid us in those 12 months, or 100 US dollars if that is higher. Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent, gross negligence, or anything else the law does not allow to be limited.

13. Indemnity

If someone makes a claim against us because of content you published, messages you sent, or your breach of these terms or the law, you will cover our reasonable costs of that claim.

14. Ending

You can stop at any time by uninstalling Praisin. We can end the service with 30 days notice, or at once if you seriously break these terms. After uninstall we delete your shop's data as described in the privacy policy.

15. Changes and law

We may update these terms. For important changes we tell you inside the app at least 30 days before they take effect; if you do not agree, you can uninstall before then. These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, and the courts of Harju County, Estonia, have jurisdiction.
